Dr. Steve Nemerson

Dr. Steven Nemerson is passionate about the care and well-being of children.  A father of two girls, one of whom has Tourette Syndrome, he is a board-certified specialist in Pediatric Intensive Care in active clinical practice.

Dr. Nemerson is also an expert in healthcare system performance improvement, business strategy, and patient safety. He has over 15 years of experience working with hospitals to integrate clinical research, patient care and business operations to enhance outcomes, increase profitability and save lives.

Most recently, as Medical Executive Director and Chief Medical Officer of Lower Bucks Hospital, Dr. Nemerson’s team reduced patient length of stay, enhanced clinical revenues, and improved clinical performance scores returning the hospital to financial health. And as Director of Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Utilization Management for Temple University Children’s Medical Center, Dr. Nemerson was instrumental in that center’s exceeding national benchmarks in medical performance while at the same time reducing their cost of providing care.

As a consultant and entrepreneur, Dr. Nemerson has helped start-up companies perform technology due-diligence, develop comprehensive business plans, and establish their go-to-market strategy.

Dr. Nemerson has a Masters in Business Administration from the Temple University Fox School of Business, a Medical Degree from Pennsylvania State University, a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University.
